OUR STORY
Pukht was born from a simple idea: the world's most-loved dishes deserve a proper South Asian remix. Not a watered-down fusion, but a genuine conversation between two food cultures that have always had more in common than they think.
We are a British-Indian-Pakistani street food brand rooted in the North West of England. Founded during lockdown, Pukht found its first fans among the discerning diners and well-known faces of Cheshire, regulars who knew good food before we even had a permanent home.
From a restaurant background and a pandemic pivot, we fell in love with our first food hall experience at Hatch Manchester. That energy, the buzz of a great site, customers choosing you from a crowd, was addictive. We went on to trade at Boxpark Liverpool, and today our home is Congleton Market Quarter and Bollington Brewery, with more to come.
Every dish on our menu started the same way. Someone in our family craved it and nobody was doing it right. So we did.
